Our partners at Meta have made the difficult decision to shut down Premium Music Videos (PMVs) on Facebook for the US, Mexico, and Thailand.
Meta will stop taking delivery of new PMVs from all rightsholders with immediate effect Meta will stop publishing new PMVs delivered via the feed, and later this month, all PMVs will be removed from the platform in these specific territories.
Meta looks forward to building on this strong foundation of partnership to deliver even more success with Reels on Facebook and Instagram in the future.
