Looking back at 2023, Absolute celebrates yet another year of remarkable success. Our pivotal moment came with the full reacquisition of our company from Utopia Music Group, signifying a crucial milestone. We saw our artists gain Number 1 Albums across multiple charts showcasing their exceptional talent and dedicated fans.
At this point, we want to extend our thanks to the exceptional artists and labels we partnered with this year. Their unmatched creativity and expertise have truly enriched our journey, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such exceptional talent.
In contrast to the trend of downsizing seen in many companies, we’ve expanded our Absolute family by welcoming more staff in all departments. We’re incredibly excited about a packed schedule of releases planned for 2024. Dare we say it but next year will be bigger and better than ever!
We would also like to take a moment of reflection and remembrance for the loss of a cherished member of our team Dianne Bonney.
