Planned Maintenance: Absolute Project, Slinky, Pre-Save

What’s Happening?

The team will be carrying out some essential maintenance to the servers running our online client services here at Absolute. This means Absolute Project will be unavailable from 17:00 GMT on Tuesday 30th November 2021 through to 08:00 GMT on Wednesday 1st December 2021 (11:00 11/30 to 02:00 12/01 Central).

Which Services Are Impacted?

Absolute Project will be unavailable during this period. We encourage you to set up releases, obtain reporting etc. either before or after the maintenance period.

Slinky & Pre-Save performance may be degraded during the maintenance period, however we anticipate that disruption to these services will be minimal.

Why Are You Carrying Out This Maintenance?

We have some exciting plans for 2022 and the future of Absolute Project, the work we’ll be carrying out during the maintenance period prepares our back-end systems for this and will result in a faster and more reliable service once the maintenance is complete.
