One of the many traditional calendar highlights disrupted by the pandemic was Record Store Day. Despite the challenges, the RSD team still managed to pull off several great events, and have recently dropped the timeline for 2021.
If you’re interested in taking part in Record Store Day 2021, please get in contact with your label manager ASAP. Submissions need to be in by February 10th, and we’d recommend having your release in production as soon as you can.
RSD 2021 Timeline:
- 10th February: Deadline for all label product submissions
- 8th March: Deadline for all artwork/ sales notes/ press & marketing materials/ assets delivered to era (RSD artwork should be delivered in 555 x 555 pxl / jpg format)
- 21st May– deadline to deliver 3x promotional copies of each release to era for media promo and social media
- 12th June – Record Store Day
