Absolute Is Taking Part of Music Mudder for Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy

Absolute is taking part in this year’s Music Mudder as Team ‘Reign In Mud’, to raise vital funds for Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy – a charity that uses the power of music to enrich the lives of people affected by life-limiting physical and mental illness, disabilities or feelings of isolation. We feel strongly about the healing power of music, and want to do all we can to help this great cause to continue to heal through music, and are on a mission to raise funds, and we’re lean, mean (friendly really), and down to get dirty for music therapy.

Music Mudder is a music-inspired endurance event that will see teams from across the music industry take on an adrenaline-pumping obstacle course to raise vital funds for Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy; will tackle challenging obstacles on the ultimate UK mud run including the Bog of Doom, Rat Crawl, Kamikaze, and River Crossing.

Nordoff Robbins believes that everyone should have access to the value of music. Its trained music therapists work with children and adults affected by life-limiting illnesses such as dementia, learning disabilities including Autism, physical disability, and mental health issues. Through the power of music, trained therapists connect with some of the most isolated people in our society. Nordoff Robbins’ music therapists work with over 270 schools, hospitals, hospices, and care homes, as well as providing sessions from its centers across the UK.
